The present invention discloses a reinforced ceramsite aerated block having a sterilization effect. The reinforced ceramsite aerated block is characterized in that the reinforced ceramsite aerated block is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 6-9 parts of bamboo fibers, 30-50 parts of ceramsite, 15-30 parts of fly ash, 8-12 parts of quicklime, 16-20 parts of cement, 0.2-0.5 part of aluminum powder, 2-4 parts of gypsum powder, 0.5-1 part of sodium aluminate, 3-5 parts of hydrogenated nitrile rubber, 0.3-0.5 part of calcium lignosulfonate, 1-3 parts of iron powder, 3-5 parts of nanometer aluminum oxide, 2-4 parts of carbon black, 15-20 parts of absolute alcohol, and a proper amount of water. According to the present invention, with the used process method, the problems that the ceramsite is easily broken during the processing process and the distribution is non-uniform in the slurry due to the light weight are solved; the added bamboo fibers have characteristics of good sterilization, good deodorization, ultraviolet resistance, air permeability, abrasion resistance and the like so as to increase the sterilization, the aging resistance and the abrasion resistance of the aerated block, purify the indoor air, and provide benefits for human health.
