Silica brick for hot blast stove
The invention discloses a silica brick for a hot blast stove, which comprises following materials in percentage by weight: 20 to 35 percent of silica with particle size of 2.18mm, 40 to 50 percent of silica with particle size of 1.65mm, 10 to 20 percent of silica with particle size less than 0.1mm, 10 to 20 percent of waste silica clinker, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of paper pulp, 6 to 8 percent of composite additive and 2.5 to 5 percent of dedicated addition. The composite additive is of a mixture of lime, iron scale and water, and the mixture comprises the components in percent by mass: 24.0 to 28.0 percent of CaO, 3.5 to 6.0% of iron scale and dedicated additives of bentonite, Ca (OH) 2 powder, clay and feldspar. According to the silica brick disclosed by the invention, the types of the addition are reduced by adjusting a raw material formula, the production process is simplified, and the error probability of a production process is lowered; the waste silica clinker is added, so the volume expansion of quartz type conversion is effectively lowered, silica brick cracks are reduced, the yield rate is improved, and the energy saving is realized; the composite additive and dedicated additives can improve the bonding property of pug, are conductive to shaping, and are conductive to stabilizing the quartz type conversion of the silica in sintering.
