The brick comprises the followingraw materials in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of high-aluminum flint clay with the particle size of 3-5 mm, 20-30 parts of high-alumina flint clay with the particle size being 1-3 mm, 15-20 parts of 45bauxite with the particle size being 0-1 mm, 15-25 parts of high-alumina flint clay with the particle size being lower than 0.088 mm, 10-20 parts of andalusite with the particle size being lower than0.088 mm and 8-12 parts of first-grade clay powder with the particle size of less than 0.088 mm. According to the bottom creep clay brick for a hot-blast stove and a preparation method thereof, the creep resistance of the low-creep clay brick is improved; meanwhile, under the condition that other performance indexes are not reduced, the creep resistance of the low-creep clay brick (containing checker bricks) for the hot blast stove is improved; the creep resistance is stable, normal use of the hot blast stove is guaranteed; the preparation method of the product is reduced, and industrial popularization is easy; by adopting the high-alumina flint clay, yield supply is stable, product quality control is facilitated, and the production cost is reduced.
