The invention discloses a preparation method of a pantograph slide plate made of a graphene modified carbon/carbon composite material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: graphene and chopped carbon fibers homogeneously dispersed in a deionized water solution are mixed, and a graphene/chopped carbon fiber suspension is obtained; pre-dehydrated graphene/chopped carbon fiber suspension is injected into a graphite mold and frozen at the temperature lower than 0 DEG C, a graphene/chopped carbon fiber reinforcement is obtained through freeze-drying and pressure forming; the prepared graphene/chopped carbon fiber reinforcement is subjected to chemical vapor deposition for pyrolytic carbon shaping, then repeated coal tar pitch impregnation-carbonization is performed, and finally the graphene modified carbon/carbon composite material is obtained through graphitization processing; the pantograph slide plate made of the graphene modified carbon/carbon composite material is obtained through processing according to a drawing. According to the preparation method, graphene is taken as a modifier, moderate-temperature coal tar pitch is taken as an impregnating agent, the chopped carbon fibers are taken as the reinforcements, the raw materials are widely sourced, the preparation technology process is simple, and large-scale batch production can be realized, so that the production cost of the pantograph slide plate is reduced.
