Comprising the following steps: preparing a three-dimensional porous copper net by adopting red copper wires in a weaving forming manner; the three-dimensional porous copper net is subjected to circulating and reciprocating puncture in the thickness direction along copper wire hole gaps through polypropylene cyanogen carbon fibers; preparing mixed slurry from crystalline flake graphite and resin; performing vacuum slurry impregnation in the mixed slurry, and performing drying treatment in a drying oven after impregnation is completed; a blank body obtained after slurry dipping and drying are completed is put into a mold to be subjected to mold pressing curing forming and pressure maintaining on a pressing machine, and then the blank body is put into a carbonization furnace to be subjected to carbonization treatment; then placing in an asphalt impregnation liquid, firstly carrying out pressurized impregnation treatment, then carrying out carbonization treatment, and carrying out cyclic operation according to an impregnation-carbonization treatment mode until a composite material is obtained; and carrying out high-temperature heat treatment under the protection of a nitrogen atmosphere to obtain the final pantograph carbon slide plate composite material.
本发明涉及技术领域电力车辆设备制备,具体是一种碳‑铜纤维模压受电弓碳滑板复合材料及其制备方法。包括以下步骤:采用紫铜丝通过编织成型的方式制备三维立体多孔铜网;采用聚丙烯氰碳纤维丝对三维立体多孔铜网沿铜丝孔洞间隙从厚度方向进行循环往复穿刺;采用鳞片石墨、树脂进行混合浆料制备;在混合浆料中进行真空浆料浸渍,浸渍完成后在烘箱内进行烘干处理;将浆料浸渍烘干完成后的胚体放入模具在压机上进行模压固化成型并保压,再放入碳化炉进行碳化处理;再置于沥青浸渍液中,先进行加压浸渍处理,再进行碳化处理,按浸渍‑碳化处理的方式循环操作直至得到复合材料;在氮气气氛保护下,进行高温热处理,得到最终的受电弓碳滑板复合材料。
