Hot in-place recycling vehicle
The embodiment of the invention provides a hot in-place recycling vehicle. A base of a vehicle body is provided with a receiving device, a supply device, a milling machine, a stirring cylinder, a first-level ironing plate and a second-level ironing plate. The receiving device is connected with the supply device to be used for storing fresh materials. The fresh materials are conveyed to the stirring cylinder and the second-level ironing plate through the supply device. The milling device is connected with the stirring cylinder to be used for milling the bituminous pavement and conveying the milled materials to the stirring cylinder. The stirring cylinder receives the fresh materials and the milled materials separately to generate recycled asphalt mixed materials and convey the recycled asphalt mixed materials to the first-level ironing plate. The first-level ironing plate is connected with the stirring cylinder to be used for receiving the recycled asphalt mixed materials and laying the recycled asphalt mixed materials on the pavement so as to form first layer of laying. The second-level ironing plate is connected with the supply device to be used for receiving the fresh materials and laying the fresh materials on the pavement so as to form the second layer of laying. The hot in-place recycling vehicle can improve the appearance of the pavement effectively, the service life of the pavement is prolonged, tail gas is recycled, and pollution to the environment is avoided.

The second-level ironing plate is connected with the supply device to be used for receiving the fresh materials and laying the fresh materials on the pavement so as to form the second layer of laying. The hot in-place recycling vehicle can improve the appearance of the pavement effectively, the service life of the pavement is prolonged, tail gas is recycled, and pollution to the environment is avoided.
