The air compressor is arranged on a river bank and communicated with the air discharging pipes in water through the air valve, the main air passage and the auxiliary air passages. Compressed air can be injected into water from air holes of the air discharging pipes, water surfaces surrounding bridge piers are stirred to continuously do turnover movement accordingly, and icing is prevented; the air discharging pipes are overhung in the water through the pontoons; when the pneumatic pontoon-type bridge pier anti-icing device is used, the air compressor is started, the air valve is opened, and air flow stirs the water area; and the bridge piers cannot ice, and the pneumatic pontoon-type bridge pier anti-icing device is quite convenient and practical.
