Full-balanced system of grabbing beam
The invention relates to control of opening and closing of a hydraulic and hydro-power double-lifting-point gate and particularly relates to a full-balanced system of a grabbing beam. The full-balanced system of the grabbing beam comprises a frequency changer and a frequency-variable motor connected with the frequency changer, wherein the frequency-variable motor is connected with an input shaft of a speed reducer through a braking device; an output shaft of the speed reducer is connected with a winding device through a connection mechanism; the output end of the frequency changer is electrically connected with the frequency-variable motor; the winding device is connected with one lifting point of the grabbing beam through a pulley block; the other lifting point of the grabbing beam is connected with one set of same devices; a pulse coder is mounted on the output shaft of the speed reducer; a horizontal angle sensor used for monitoring inclination angles in directions of a horizontal X axis and a Y axis of the grabbing beam; a height detection device is mounted on the winding device. According to the full-balanced system of the grabbing beam, the detection sensor is mounted in the horizontal X-axis direction and is capable of simultaneously detecting the balance in the Y-axis direction of the grabbing beam and displaying the detection on a touch screen besides implementing the balance of the X-axis direction of the grabbing beam through the electric synchronization of double lifting points. The full-balanced system of the grabbing beam is convenient and intuitive.
