The invention relates to the technical field of segmental beam construction, in particular to a prefabricated segmental beam rapid grabbing lifting appliance which comprises a supporting frame suitable for being connected with a lifting hook. The four suspension arms are rotationally connected with the supporting frame; the driving assembly is arranged on the supporting frame, and the movable end of the driving assembly is connected with the lazy arm so as to drive the lazy arm to rotate; the jack is connected to the supporting frame; the pressing plate is arranged below the supporting frame and connected with the movable end of the jack, and the pressing plate is used for pressing the top face of the segmental beam; the lifting claw is connected with the lifting arm, and the lifting claw has a lifting state and a loosening state; when the lifting claws are in a lifting state, the lifting claws are suitable for hooking the bottom surface of the segmental beam; and when the lifting claw is in the loosened state, the lifting claw can move in the vertical direction and does not interfere with the segmental beam. The segmental beam is pressed through the pressing plate and hooked through the lifting claw, stable locking of the segmental beam is achieved, stable and safe lifting of the segmental beam is further achieved, meanwhile, lifting can be achieved by rotating the lifting claw, convenience is achieved, and the construction efficiency is high.
