The invention relates to a using method for a double-round-combined stirring pile forming machine. A second cutting arm and a fourth cutting arm leftwards and rightwards move together; first cutting teeth and second cutting teeth on a first cutting arm and first cutting teeth and second cutting teeth on a third cutting arm cut and stir soil outside three first drilling bits and inside the four cutting arms during motion in the opposite direction, and first cutting teeth and second cutting teeth on the second cutting arm and first cutting teeth and second cutting teeth on the fourth cutting arm cut and stir the soil outside the three drilling heads and inside the four cutting arms during motion in the opposite direction; the cut-off soil body forms mud under stirring of the drilling bits and the cutting arms; the mud flows out of holes from the holes; and the double-round-combined holes are formed in the downwards-pushing process of a main drilling rod.
