The invention relates to a double-round-head pile forming machine. First cutter teeth and second cutter teeth on a left round head frame and first cutter teeth and second cutter teeth on a right round head frame cut a soil body outside six stirring heads and inside the left round head frame and the right round head frame during left-and-right movement so that the soil body and cement paste can be mixed and stirred; in the downward pushing process, a drilling rod forms a cemented soil double-round-head pile with double concave round heads at the front end and double convex round heads at the rear end; and the double concave round heads of each cemented soil double-round-head pile is inserted into the double convex round heads of another cemented soil double-round-head pile to form socket combination of multiple cemented soil double-round-head piles. The double-round-head pile forming machine is used for cutting seepage of underground water of a foundation pit of a building foundation.
