The invention relates to a rapidly-assembled recoverable frame anchor rod structure and a construction method, and belongs to the technical field of rock-soil anchorage. The structure comprises a frame, anchor rods and anchorage devices. The frame is composed of adhesive plaster bags, glass steel cylinders and cross connecting frames. The adhesive plaster bags are embedded in the glass steel cylinders and filled with gas, and the glass steel cylinders are inserted in four clamp grooves of the cross connecting frame respectively and connected through bolts to form the frame. The anchor rods are composed of free segments and anchoring segments. Glass steel pipes with external threads at the two ends serve as the free segments. The anchoring segments are composed of glass steel pipes connected with sleeves. The sleeves are provided with shape memory alloy pieces and wires, the shape memory alloy pieces are connected with control switches and power sources through conductors, and the control switches and the power sources are arranged outside a slope. The anchor rods penetrate a center hole of the cross connecting frame, and are anchored on the frame through the anchorage devices and base plates, and the shape memory alloy pieces are anchored in stable soil.
