The invention relates to a non-excavation cantilever retaining wall with an embedded steel pipe and a construction method of the non-excavation cantilever retaining wall, and belongs to the technical field of civil engineering. The non-excavation cantilever retaining wall with the embedded steel pipe is composed of a steel pipe reinforced concrete base plate and a reinforced concrete vertical plate. The steel pipe reinforced concrete base plate comprises the hollow steel pipe, a reinforcement cage and concrete with which the hollow steel pipe is filled.
