The invention discloses a construction method for an assembled composite wall building by concrete composite modules, and belongs to the technical field of buildings. The construction method uses the concrete composite modules for assembling layer by layer to form the composite wall building; when the assembly of each layer is finished, insulation core materials are put in cavities of the concrete composite modules and in gaps between the adjacent concrete composite modules, and casting gaps are left; and after a whole wall is built, foaming cement is cast in the wall, is fully filled in the gaps in the wall, and is broken in the gaps between the concrete composite modules to generate bonding force. Compared with the prior art, the construction method reduces the process steps of block fixation and plastering, so that the wall construction becomes the assembly formation, the working efficiency is improved, and the labor intensity is reduced; the insulation materials are in the wall, and are isolated by the foaming cement, so that fire is not easy to generate; and the built wall is obviously improved in insulation property to largely reduce the energy consumption of warming in winter and cooling in summer.
