The invention relates to a double-layered three-dimensional parking device. The double-layered three-dimensional parking device comprises an upper bracket, a front connecting rod, a rear connecting rod, a safe protecting device, racks, a lifting mechanism, a lower bracket and a translating mechanism; the lower portions of the racks are respectively hinged to the lower end of the front connecting rod and the lower end of the rear connecting rod; the upper end of the front connecting rod and the upper end of the rear connecting rod are respectively hinged to the upper bracket; the lifting mechanism is fixedly arranged on the racks and the rear connecting rod; the lower bracket is arranged between the lower portions of the racks; and the translating mechanism for controlling movement of the lower bracket is arranged on the lower bracket. The height of the whole double-layered three-dimensional parking device is 3.5. The double-layered three-dimensional parking device is suitable for places such as residential quarters, commercial districts and office buildings, and can be used independently; and moreover, a plurality of double-layered three-dimensional parking devices can be distributed integrally.
