The invention provides a double-layer three-dimensional parking device. An upper parking platform and a lower parking platform are connected through a connecting assembly, a power assembly is used for providing power for ascending and descending of the upper parking platform, the structure of a double-layer parking space is achieved, and the occupied space is small. The connecting assembly achieves transmission of total force only through two stages of connecting rods, wherein the first connecting rod provides telescopic force, the second connecting rod provides rotating force to change the moving direction of the upper parking platform, the upper parking platform can descend towards the side of the lower parking platform, and therefore parked vehicles on the lower parking platform are not disturbed. By arranging an intercepting block, front-back displacement of the parked vehicles on the upper parking platform can be limited, and the parking safety of the parked vehicles is guaranteed; and through the lever effect of the third connecting rod, when the upper parking platform ascends, the intercepting block can be automatically lifted up, when the upper parking platform descends, the intercepting block can be automatically put down, manual operation is not needed, independent operation of other machines is not needed, and convenience and reliability are achieved.
