Abstract

The invention discloses a delaying and unlocking part, a remote control device and a lockset using the delaying and unlocking part as well as a delaying and unlocking method. The delaying and unlocking part comprises a delaying control unit and an unlocking unit; the delaying control unit is used for controlling unlocking time in a process of repeatedly operating for a plurality of times and/or a process of repeatedly producing sound; the unlocking unit is used for releasing locking of the lockset. The delaying and unlocking part can be applied to various locksets; once an electric control lock has a fault, the delaying and unlocking part can be triggered to reset and unlock dislocated parts or locked parts; according to the delaying setting, the safety can be improved; meanwhile, alarm warning and alarm notification are set at a certain delaying point, so that the safety can be greatly improved; an inner insurance device is arranged for locking the door and is turned on and off by an electric control manner; when the electric control has a fault, the delaying part is used for resetting and unlocking.
