The invention discloses a water storage irrigation and energy saving park which comprises trees planted on the ground and an annular braiding channel surrounding the trees. The annular braiding channel is filled with pebbles or crushed stone. An impounding reservoir is arranged below one side of the annular braiding channel. The impounding reservoir and the bottom of the annular braiding channel are connected through a water through pipeline. A honeycomb partition plate is arranged at the joint between the top of the water through pipeline and the bottom of the annular braiding channel. In this way, according to the water storage irrigation and energy saving park, dew and rainwater flowing from tree leaves can be collected through the annular braiding channel and then stored in the impounding reservoir, a movable cover plate can be opened for water intaking and irrigation when irrigation is needed during drought, water conveying workloads are reduced, working efficiency is improved, planting of trees, flowers and plants on earth mounds is facilitated, and the park maintenance cost is reduced.
