The invention provides a blue-green algae blastophore wall breaking method, which includes the following steps that a plurality of volute well algae collectors are used for sucking blue-green algae pulp on the surface of a water body, the blue-green algae pulp are transported to a peak-regulating pool, and when the concentration of blue-green algae slurry in a sealed pipeline is lower than a set concentration, the volute well algae collectors stop sucking blue-green algae pulp on the surface of the water body; shearing treatment is carried out in a homogenizing pump, and by circulation of a return pipe, the blue-green algae blastophores in the blue-green algae pulp are dispersed into a single-cell suspension; a flocculant is added into a separation pool and mixed sufficiently, and the blue-green algae pulp is conveyed into a spiral centrifugal separator, so that blue-green algae residue and water are separated. According to the method, since the volute well algae collectors in a blue-green algae harvesting platform are utilized to suck the blue-green algae pulp on the surface of the water body, the moisture content in the blue-green algae pulp is decreased, later agent dosage is reduced, and the efficiency of processing is increased; the method can effectively break the walls of the blue-green algae blastophores to release the moisture wrapped among the blue-green algae cells, a dehydration effect is remarkable, and thereby the moisture content of the final blue-green algae slurry is decreased to 40 to 50 percent.
