The compound type antirust agent for the reinforcing steel bars is high in affinity with the reinforcing steel bars and good in adaptability with concrete, a uniform and compact oxidation film can be formed, permeation of corrosive media into the concrete is slowed down, and the antirust effect is improved by 4% compared with a common reinforcing steel bar corrosion inhibitor.
