The invention discloses high-strength environment-friendly anti-rust slurry for exposed reinforcing steel bars in bridge engineering and a preparation method. The high-strength environment-friendly anti-rust slurry comprises a composite material, an early setting agent, polyaniline, a corrosion inhibitor, vinyl silane, chlorinated polypropylene and water, the coating is specifically prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 60 parts of a composite material, 0.01 to 0.05 part of an early setting agent, 1 to 2 parts of polyaniline, 0.5 to 1.5 parts of a corrosion inhibitor, 5 to 15 parts of vinyl silane, 8 to 12 parts of chlorinated polypropylene and 45 to 55 parts of water. According to the invention, polyaniline and free electrons on the surface of the reinforcing steel bar are utilized to form an electric field effect, the binding power between the reinforcing steel bar and concrete is improved, and a three-phase interface of the reinforcing steel bar, slurry and cement is improved, so that the interface has the flexibility of polymer slurry and the rigidity of cement, and the equilibrium boundary point between the binding power and the anti-rust property is optimized; polyaniline is modified through vinyl silane and chlorinated polypropylene, the film forming performance and adhesive force of the anti-rust slurry are further improved, contact between water vapor and the surface of the reinforcing steel bar is effectively blocked, and therefore corrosion of the reinforcing steel bar is prevented.
