Single-grading porous ceramsite concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses single-grading porous ceramsite concrete. The single-grading porous ceramsite concrete comprises raw materials as follows: cement, coal ash, ceramsites, water and a water reducing agent, and the cement, the coal ash, the ceramsites, the water reducing agent and water are in a raw material ratio being (300-350): (60-80): (500-700): (90-105): (1.0-3.0). According to the single-grading porous ceramsite concrete, a gap between adjacent single-grading ceramsites is reserved and prevented from being filled with cement slurry; the single-grading ceramsite concrete forms a porous mixture structure formed by gaps among ceramsite solid phases, non-cured cement slurry liquid phases and the ceramsites. The single-grading porous ceramsite concrete adopts the single-grading ceramsites, can realize batch production by the aid of a large common concrete mixing plant and only occupies one coarse aggregate bin; the cement slurry in the ceramsite concrete can form a porous structure without a complex foaming technology and prewetting of the ceramsites, and the purpose of reduction of volume weight is achieved. The invention discloses the single-grading porous ceramsite concrete which has a simple ratio, is convenient to mix and does not require pretreatment and special foaming equipment as well as a preparation method of the single-grading porous ceramsite concrete.
