Antibacterial ceramic product with strong water-absorbing property and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an antibacterial ceramic product with strong water-absorbing property and a preparation method thereof. The antibacterial ceramic product comprises the following components in percent by weight: 30-60% of diatomite, 18-30% of clay, 5-15% of calcium oxide and 15-30% of aluminium oxide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing all the components according to the ratio, grinding into slurry, pressing, refining and preparing into ceramic mud; (2) manufacturing a mold; (3) manufacturing and forming; (4) firing for 5-8 hours at the temperature of 1050-1200DEG C; (5) carrying out polishing treatment on the surface of a product; (6) inspecting, packaging and warehousing. By the implementation of the antibacterial ceramic product and the preparation method, products with no toxicity, high-efficiency antibacterial effect and ultra-strong water-absorbing property can be manufactured, such as building and daily products of sidewalk bricks, floor mats outside bathrooms, soap dishes, toothbrush drums, toilet brush drums, refrigerator deodorants, article-packaging drying agent and the like, so that the hidden safety hazards such as bacterium breeding, flavor reversion and mildewing caused by deposited water, decaying, wetting and residual water in wares are solved; in the antibacterial ceramic product, the water absorption rate is 30-40%; the production cost is low; the process is simple; the forming is easy; defective products can be reutilized, so that the effects of environmental protection, low carbon and resource reutilization are achieved. The antibacterial ceramic product can be widely used for families, hotels and public places.
