The zirconia ceramic mobile phone panel is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of zirconia ceramic, 1-8 parts of a stabilizer, 0.2-10 parts of a combustion improver, and 0.3-8 parts of an adhesive; the zirconia ceramic mobile phone panel also includes a first organic solvent and a second organic solvent, wherein the first organic solvent is selected from anhydrous ethanol, acetone or a combination thereof, and the second organic solvent is selected from kerosene, gasoline or a combination thereof. The zirconia ceramic mobile phone panel has the beneficial effects that the zirconia ceramic mobile phone panel provided by the invention has the advantages of relatively high toughness, high bending strength and good abrasive resistance, besides, has excellent heat insulation performance, has the thermal expansion coefficient close to that of steel, and is mainly applied in a protective layer of a mobile phone display screen and a framework of the mobile phone display screen.
