Non-lime fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to non-lime fly ash autoclaved aerated concrete and a preparation method thereof. The aerated concrete is prepared from a dry material and an auxiliary material, wherein the dry material is composed of the following compositions in percentage by weight: 40-50% of fly ash, 20-40% of Portland cement, 5-20% of desulfurization gypsum, 0-5% of calcined gypsum, and the balance of wastes, and the wastes are offal produced by cutting in the production process of autoclaved aerated concrete blocks; and the auxiliary material comprises the following compositions in percentage by weight: 0.15-0.25% of NaCO3, 0.08-0.12% of aluminum paste, 0.02-0.03% of a foam stabilizer, and 0.03-0.05% of a water reducing agent. The aerated concrete does not include lime, so that a large amount of solid wastes are consumed, therefore, various technical indexes can meet the national standard requirements while the cost is reduced.
