Sintering process for light insulating brick
The present invention discloses a sintering process for light insulating brick. The sintering process comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a green body according to the formula of the following raw materials: 50% to 76% of industrial cinder, 6% to 20% of mud, 4% to 20% of potassium feldspar, 4% to 20% of albite, 4% to 20% of quartz and 0 to 15% of polished residues; (2) adding a refractory backing plate under the green body, and paving at least one high-temperature powder layer between the green body and the refractory backing plate; (3) heating the green body from room temperature to 800 DEG C; (4) slowly heating the green body from 800 DEG C to 1000 DEG C, and preserving the temperature under the temperature condition of 1000 DEG C, wherein the heating time t2 is 40-90 min, and the heat preservation time t3 is 20-30 min; (5) heating the green body from 1000 DEG C to temperature T, wherein the temperature T is 1150-1250 DEG C; and (6) cooling naturally from the temperature T to room temperature. According to the sintering process, the sintering steps are simple, the sintering time is short, energy sources are saved, and the prepared insulating brick is good in performance.
