Self-compacting concrete side face single-side pouring method for ballastless track
Disclosed is a self-compacting concrete side face single-side pouring method for a ballastless track. The method comprises the following steps that firstly, a pouring hole is formed in an inner side formwork, and exhaust holes are formed in the two ends of transverse formworks respectively; then a discharge outlet of a pouring device is connected with the pouring hole in a sealed mode; after that, the pouring device is opened, so that self-compacting concrete is poured from the concrete pouring hole; in the pouring process, the exhaust holes in the two ends of the transverse formworks are observed simultaneously, and if the concrete overflows from the exhaust holes evenly, the exhaust holes are blocked firmly with wooden wedges; in the pouring process, a venthole in the top of a track plate is observed, a steel tube is arranged on the venthole in a sleeved mode before the self-compacting concrete overflows from the venthole, and pouring of the self-compacting concrete is stopped when the concrete face inside the steel tube is higher than the track plate face; and finally, the steel tube is slowly removed after pouring is stopped, a small amount of redundant concrete is polished off after the design strength is reached, and in this way, pouring of the self-compacting concrete is completed. The pouring speed is high; the exhaust effect is good; the pouring quality is good.
