The invention discloses semi-gloss artificial grass. The semi-gloss artificial grass comprises artificial grass filaments, bottom cloth and gum, wherein the artificial grass filaments have the reflection function and comprise the following components of base resin, antioxidants, colorants, compound dispersant agents, polymethyl methacrylate/titanium dioxide nano compound particles, anion powder and ageing resistant master batches; the gum comprises the following components of styrene-acrylic emulsion, ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA) resin, filler, antifoaming agents, thickening agents and dispersant agents. The invention further discloses a preparation method for the semi-gloss artificial grass. The preparation method is simple and easy to control, the prepared artificial grass is resistant to ageing and abrasion and good in toughness, and has the diffuse reflection function for light, and the production cost is low.
