The invention discloses a T-beam reinforcing structure and a construction method thereof. The T-beam reinforcing structure comprises two steel box beams transversely arranged at the two sides of a bridge beam and an upper steel plate which is attached to the top faces of T-beams of the bridge beam tightly and fixed to the two steel box beams. By means of the T-beam reinforcing structure and the construction method thereof, the transverse integrity of the T-beam bridge can be improved after the T-beams are reinforced, the internal force borne by original T-beams is reduced, the situation that force is borne by a single beam is avoided, and the bearing capacity of the whole bridge is improved.
