The invention discloses a cleaning cart. The cleaning cart comprises a control system, a frame, a battery, a bucket, wheels, a handle, an operation panel, a motor, a bracket, an electric push rod I, an electric push rod II and a manipulator, wherein the manipulator is used for replacing a human hand to pick garbage; and some garbage is heavier and dirtier, the cleaning cart can be operated for picking and automatically unloading the garbage, so that sanitation workers are more labor-saved and more sanitary, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
