The water cannon 2 is installed at a position deviated from the center of the moving part 8 so that the side surface of the vehicle body 3 and a body part 2j of the water cannon 2 are parallel to each other in a plan view to allow the moving part 8 to expose the water cannon 2 from at least one side of the vehicle body 3. The moving part 8 includes a right mounting part 9a and a left mounting part 9b for mounting the water cannon 2 on the right side or the left side deviated from the center.
