The invention relates to a pouring type pile driver and a pile driving method using the pile driver. A traditional pile driving mode is changed. A pile body is not reserved underground. Pile driving and pouring are completed synchronously, re-pouring is not needed, and secure pile driving operation of the pile body made of cement filler can be achieved. The pile driving method is efficiently combined with the pile driver in an indivisible mode. By using the pile driver in cooperation with the pile driving method, efficient combination of the pile driver and the pile driving method is achieved; it is guaranteed that after pile driving operation of cement materials is completed, pouring is conducted while pile pulling is conducted, no time slot is reserved, and the space formed after the pile body is pulled out is rapidly filled with the cement materials; besides, after the cement materials are poured and solidified, the contact area of the bottom of the solidified cement pile body and the bottom surface is large, the top of the cement pile body makes tight contact with the space where the pile body is pulled out, column-table-shaped structure of different sizes are formed, and the stability of the pile body is improved.
