The invention relates to a vertical supporting system for a reverse construction method and a construction method of the vertical supporting system. The system comprises lattice columns, engineering piles and covering reinforced concrete layers which are all sequentially arranged from inside to outside. First steel reinforcement cages are arranged in the lattice columns. Second steel reinforcement cages are arranged in the engineering piles. Third steel reinforcement cages are arranged in the covering reinforced concrete layers. The system further comprises tying bars. One end of each tying bar is welded to the corresponding first steel reinforcement cage and the other end of each tying bar is welded to the corresponding third steel reinforcement cage. The lattice columns and the covering reinforced concrete layers are poured together to form laminated columns. Pile and column integrated construction is adopted, so that the integrity of column bodies and the quality of column heads are better. The covering reinforced concrete layers are additionally arranged outside the lattice columns, the vertical supporting system is used in the reverse construction stage, the bearing force of the vertical supporting system is improved, the arrangement amount and the detaching amount of temporary vertical supporting systems in the reverse construction stage are greatly reduced, and resources are saved. Meanwhile, an upper structure is prevented from being limited to the construction progress of an underground structure and the whole construction period can be shortened.
