The invention relates to the field of building construction, in particular to a vertical supporting system adopting a bailey truss. The supporting system is characterized by comprising a precast concrete block (1), a female head conversion beam (2), a pin shaft (3), a female head (4), a bailey piece (5), a male head (6), a male head conversion beam (7), stiffening ribs (8) and four steel embeddedparts (9); the steel embedded parts (9) are embedded into the precast concrete block (1), the stiffening ribs (8) are welded to a profile steel web of the male joint conversion beam (7) or the femalejoint conversion beam (2), and the bailey piece (5) is connected with the male joint (6) or the female joint (4) through the pin shaft (3). The supporting system is simple in structure, required temporary measures are fewer, the construction method is convenient and fast, and the labor cost is reduced. Meanwhile, the system is convenient to disassemble and assemble, and transportation and reutilization can be achieved through vehicles by means of the standardized bailey truss; the number of the assembled bailey pieces can be increased or decreased according to different stresses, flexibility and variability, and requirements of different construction types are met.
