A hole digging machine with damping blocks and a water collection hole comprises an outer shell (8), a drive motor (9) and a hole digging drill rod component (6) driven by the drive motor (9), wherein the drive motor (9) is arranged inside the outer shell (8); the water collection hole (20) is transversely formed in the position, above the drive motor (9), in the outer shell (8); a water inlet diversion board (21) is aslant arranged at the bottom of the right side of the water collection hole (20); a water outlet diversion board (21) is aslant arranged at the bottom of the left side of the water collection hole (20); the water inlet diversion board (21) and the water outlet diversion board (21) are parallel; when it rains, rainwater is collected into the water collection hole (20) through the water inlet diversion board (21) and then flows out of the water outlet diversion board (21), so that heat energy emitted in operation of the drive motor (9) is taken away to achieve cooling.
