Double-joint hinge support for excavator
The invention discloses a double-joint hinge support for an excavator. The double-joint hinge support comprises a fixing base, two bases of the same structure and two side supporting beams of the same structure. The fixing base is of a box structure. The two bases are welded to one set of symmetrical side faces of the fixing base. The bases are square plates. The four vertex angles of each base are each provided with a connection hole. The two side supporting beams are symmetrically welded to the other set of symmetrical side faces of the fixing base. The upper face and the lower face of the fixing base are provided with first shaft holes. The two sides of the side supporting beams are symmetrically provided with inclined faces. The intersecting positions of the two inclined faces are provided with circular beads. The portions, close to the circular beads, of the top ends of the side supporting beams are provided with second shaft holes. The central axes of the second shaft holes are parallel to the central axes of the first shaft holes. By means of the double-joint hinge support, the required strength under the heavy load condition can be guaranteed, and the welding manner is adopted, so that the overall machining cost is low, the double-joint hinge support can be widely used, and meanwhile, the double-joint hinge support is fixed through the bases and convenient to disassemble and assemble.
