EXCAVATOR HAVING HINGE PORTION OF SEPARATION PREVENTION STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to an excavator having a hinge part of an O-ring separation preventing structure. First, in a hinge part structure in which an O-ring is installed, an O-ring separation preventing device is installed in a holder of a bucket in the hinge part to elastically support the O-ring, thereby effectively preventing the O-ring from being separated by holding the position of the O-ring. Second, not only the separation of the O-ring is effectively prevented, but also the elastic force applied to the O-ring is appropriately adjusted by moving the tightening bolt back and forth, so that the position and abrasion degree of the O-ring can be appropriately adjusted, and the separation of the O-ring is prevented so that foreign substances (for example, sand) are not introduced, thereby effectively preventing the failure or damage of the hinge part and significantly reducing the maintenance cost. Third, a pin cover is coupled to both end portions of the pin to effectively prevent separation of the pin, and an O-ring separation preventing device is not exposed to the outside, thereby improving appearance.
본 발명은 오링 이탈방지 구조의 힌지부를 갖는 굴삭기에 관한 것으로, 첫째, 오링이 설치된 힌지부 구조에 있어서 그 힌지부에 버켓의 홀더에 오링 이탈방지 장치가 설치되어 오링을 탄력적으로 지지하도록 함으로써, 오링의 위치를 잡아주어 오링의 이탈을 효과적으로 방지할 수 있다. 둘째, 오링의 이탈을 효과적으로 방지함은 물론 조임볼트를 전후진 시켜서 오링에 가해지는 탄성력을 적당히 조절하여 오링의 위치 및 마모 정도를 적정하게 조절할 수 있으며, 그 오링의 이탈을 방지하여 이물질(예를 들어, 모래 등)이 유입되지 않도록 하여 힌지부의 고장이나 파손을 효과적으로 방지하고 유지보수 비용을 대폭 절감할 수 있다. 셋째, 핀의 양끝 단부에 핀 커버가 체결되어 핀의 이탈을 효과적으로 방지하고, 오링 이탈방지 장치가 외부로 노출되지 않아 외관을 미려하게 할 수 있다.
