The invention discloses a corrosion-resistant structure of an assembled building exterior wall dry hanging node and a construction method of the corrosion-resistant structure. The exterior wall dry hanging node comprises a pre-embedded box pre-embedded into a prefabricated dry hanging exterior wall board and a pothook seat fixedly connected with a building main body, wherein the upper part of the pothook seat enters the upper part of an inner cavity of the re-embedded box to support the whole prefabricated dry hanging exterior wall board after passing through an opening in the side of the pre-embedded box; and a grouting pipe of which the upper end is exposed out of a floor layer and the lower end is communicated with the inner cavity of the pre-embedded box is pre-embedded into the prefabricated dry hanging exterior wall board, meanwhile, a U-shaped foam stick for surrounding the exterior wall dry hanging node is arranged in a construction joint located between the prefabricated dry hanging exterior wall board and the building main body, and the pre-embedded box and the construction joint surrounded by the U-shaped foam stick are filled with filling cement slurry to wrap the whole dry hanging node. By using the corrosion-resistant structure, the dry hanging node can be prevented from being corroded for a long term, an exterior hanging wall board can be kept not to fall off, the service life is long, and the construction quality and safety performance can be ensured.
