The invention provides a corrosion-resistant steel structure building. The corrosion-resistant steel structure building comprises a foundation and steel structure outer walls located on the foundation and connected with the foundation; each steel structure outer wall comprises a steel structure supporting rib plate vertically arranged in the wall, two waterproof resin plates located on the two sides of the steel structure supporting rib plate respectively and fixedly connected with the steel structure supporting rib plate, and concrete that covers the steel structure supporting rib plate and the waterproof resin plates; and the waterproof resin plates are parallel to the steel structure supporting rib plates. The steel structure supporting rib plates and the waterproof resin plates are wrapped in the concrete, so that the steel structure supporting rib plates are isolated from air and rainwater, and the corrosion-resistant effect is achieved. The invention provides a construction method of the corrosion-resistant steel structure building. The construction method comprises the following steps that the steel structure supporting rib plates and the waterproof resin plates are connected and fixed; the aluminum formworks and the waterproof resin plates are connected; the concrete is poured; and aluminum formworks are detached. The concrete is poured through the aluminum formworks, so that the generation of construction waste is effectively reduced, the environment is protected, and the construction efficiency is improved.
