The invention particularly discloses an efficient thermal insulation construction method of an outer wall window opening. The efficient thermal insulation construction method solves the problems that through the existing thermal insulation construction process of the two side surfaces of the outer wall window opening, the construction efficiency is low, glass bead mortar plastering does not meet the thermal insulation requirement of design and thermal bridges exist in the outer wall window opening.
