Assembled house out-hung scaffold system and construction method
The invention discloses an assembled house out-hung scaffold system applied to the construction of an assembled house. The assembled house out-hung scaffold system fully considers the problem of outer wall overturning of the assembled house, and comprises a scaffold floor, a protection net rack, a protection net mounted on the protection net rack, a triangular support frame and corner connectors, wherein lifting rings are arranged at four corners of the scaffold floor; the protection net rack is fixed at the outer side end of the scaffold floor; the triangular support frame is a right-angled support frame; a side right-angled edge is butted against an outer wall of the assembled house; the triangular support frame and the outer wall are connected through a wall penetrating bolt; the two ends of the wall penetrating bolt are respectively fixed at the inner side and the outer side of the outer wall through nuts; and the corner connectors are fixedly mounted at the bottom corners of the inner side of the outer wall. The invention further discloses a method for construction by using the assembled house out-hung scaffold system. Compared with the prior art, the assembled house out-hung scaffold system has the advantages of convenience for construction, good safety, cost saving, energy conservation, environmental protection and broad market space.
