The invention discloses an integrated construction lift platform building method cooperating with alternate construction of a facade. An integrated construction lift platform (1) is of a full-closed protective structure; the shape of an inner edge (2) of the integrated construction lift platform corresponds to that of the outer surface of a building facade (3); the height of the integrated construction lift platform extends to cover four to five floors; three floors of gaps (5) for operation of a construction elevator (4) are provided at the bottom of the integrated construction lift platform; at a recess (6) of the building facade or a structural difference part of odd and even floors of the building, lifting and closing requirements are met through a flat plate (8) arranged on a scaffold board of the integrated construction lift platform. The varying protective requirements of different facade structures can be met, alternate construction of the facade is provided with conditions, construction progress is quickened, and facade construction safety is ensured.
