The invention discloses a speed-adjustable cleaning and maintaining device provided with a flickering indicator lamp and used for an outdoor steel member. The cleaning and maintaining device is used for cleaning and maintaining the outdoor steel member. The outdoor steel member comprises a main beam (4) and secondary beams (41) supported on the main beam (4), wherein the main beam (4) is provided with a guide rib (2) extending in the longitudinal direction. The cleaning and maintaining device comprises a support frame (99), a water supply pipe (61) which is supported on the support frame (99) and close to the main beam (4), and a nozzle (62) communicated with the water supply pipe (61). A plurality of guide protrusions extending in the longitudinal direction are arranged on each of the upper surface and the lower surface of the guide rib (2) and can be matched with peripheral grooves (920) in an upper supporting idler wheel (921) and peripheral grooves (910) in a lower supporting idler wheel (911) of the cleaning and maintaining device, wherein the upper supporting idler wheel (921) is connected to the upper surface of the guide rib and the lower supporting idler wheel (911) is connected to the lower surface of the guide rib.

The cleaning and maintaining device is used for cleaning and maintaining the outdoor steel member. The outdoor steel member comprises a main beam (4) and secondary beams (41) supported on the main beam (4), wherein the main beam (4) is provided with a guide rib (2) extending in the longitudinal direction. The cleaning and maintaining device comprises a support frame (99), a water supply pipe (61) which is supported on the support frame (99) and close to the main beam (4), and a nozzle (62) communicated with the water supply pipe (61). A plurality of guide protrusions extending in the longitudinal direction are arranged on each of the upper surface and the lower surface of the guide rib (2) and can be matched with peripheral grooves (920) in an upper supporting idler wheel (921) and peripheral grooves (910) in a lower supporting idler wheel (911) of the cleaning and maintaining device, wherein the upper supporting idler wheel (921) is connected to the upper surface of the guide rib and the lower supporting idler wheel (911) is connected to the lower surface of the guide rib.
