The invention discloses a double-layer profiled steel plate reinforced infilled-wall frame and a construction method thereof. The double-layer profiled steel plate reinforced infilled-wall frame comprises vertical frame columns, transverse frame beams, an infilled wall positioned between the frame columns and the frame beams, unequal angle steel, profiled steel plates and pull rods, wherein the profiled steel plates are arranged on the two sides of the infilled wall; the long edge of the unequal angle steel is fixedly connected onto the frame columns or the frame beams through shoot nails; the short edge of the unequal angle steel is fixedly connected with the profiled steel plates through self-tapping screws; the pull rods penetrate through the profiled steel plates and vertical mortar joints of the infilled wall; and the two ends of the pull rods are fixedly connected with the profiled steel plates through bolts. Through the infilled wall reinforced by the double-layered profiled steel plates, the energy dissipation capacity of the frame can be enhanced, so that the frame can better resist horizontal earthquake loads; and meanwhile, the profiled steel plates are connected through the pull rods, so that the infilled wall and the profiled steel plates work together, therefore, the shear strength of the infilled-wall frame is improved and wall cracking is inhibited effectively.
