The invention discloses a two-circuit one-sided cut-off cable downlead tangent tower which comprises a tower body, a top-layer earth wire cross arm, an upper-layer guide line cross arm, a middle-layer guide line cross arm and a lower-layer guide line cross arm, wherein a cable-assisted upper cross arm is arranged at the upper-layer guide line cross arm of the tower body; a cable-assisted middle cross arm is arranged at the middle-layer guide line cross arm of the tower body; a cable-assisted lower cross arm is arranged at the lower-layer guide line cross arm of the tower body; a cable-assisted bottom cross arm is arranged below the cable-assisted lower cross arm; V-shaped combined insulator chains are hung below the upper-layer guide line cross arm, the middle-layer guide line cross arm and the lower-layer guide line cross arm on a target cut-off circuit side. According to the invention, the tangent tower is replaced by a resisting-tensile tower as a cable downlead tower in a conventional circuit, so that the defects that the tower model is replaced for cable cut-off, as a result, the space of cross arm layers between tower guide lines is larger, the full height of the tower is increased, the rolled steel consumption amount and the basic engineering quantity are correspondingly increased, and the economical efficiency is poorer are effectively overcome.
