The invention relates to an ultra-high voltage direct-current circuit Y-shaped string tangent tower which comprises a tower body. A cross arm is arranged on the tower body and provided with a pair of ground wire supports which face upwards and a pair of insulator strings which face downwards, the pair of ground wire supports and the pair of insulator strings are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the cross arm through taking the tower body as the center line, and the whole of each insulator string is shaped like a Y. According to the ultra-high voltage direct-current circuit Y-shaped string tangent tower, the Y-shaped insulator strings are adopted, and the advantages of V-shaped insulator strings and I-shaped insulator strings are achieved simultaneously. On one hand, it is guaranteed that the influence of wind swing is resisted; on the other hand, the material input of the whole tangent tower is reduced, and the investment cost is reduced.
