The invention discloses a cement pole ground wire heightening rack. Through the arrangement, the cement pole ground wire heightening rack is constructed on a ground wire on a cement pole in a line, and is mounted on the top of the cement pole, the using height of the ground wire can be adjusted flexibly, structure stability is improved, construction difficulty of existing lines is reduced, and work efficiency and safety performance are greatly improved.
