The invention discloses an electric wire mounting rack for a cement electric pole. The electric wire mounting rack comprises a mounting base, a first electric telescopic pole, a threaded rod, a motor,a gearbox, a rotary shaft, an upper frame, a second electric telescopic pole, a third electric telescopic pole, a live line fixing frame, a zero line fixing frame and an insulator, wherein the top ofthe mounting base is equipped with the first electric telescopic pole; the top of the first electric telescopic pole is equipped with the gearbox; one side of the gearbox is equipped with the motor;the top of the gearbox is equipped with the rotary shaft; the top of the rotary shaft is equipped with the rotary frame; the top of the rotary frame is equipped with the upper frame; one side of the upper frame is equipped with the second electric telescopic pole; and the top of the second electric telescopic pole is equipped with the zero line fixing frame. The electric wire rod can freely regulate height and an angle, so that electric wire mounting can be quickly performed, and therefore, mounting efficiency is improved, vision is saved, flexibility is strong, and stable performance is strong.
