An impact disinfection method for a building secondary water supply pipeline system belongs to the technical field of water treatment. Municipal tap water enters a building secondary water supply stand pipe after passing through a lifting or water storing device, a high-concentration sodium hypochlorite disinfectant prepared on site is quantitatively added into a water outlet pipe of the lifting or water storing device or a tap at the initial end of the building secondary water supply stand pipe by a metering pump, the addition of the disinfectant is directly proportional to water flow rate, the concentration of the disinfectant is controlled to be 3-4 mg/L, and the CT value is larger than 320 mg.min/L. The disinfectant and the tap water continually flow through the building secondary water supply stand pipe and are discharged from a user tap at the tail end of the building secondary water supply stand pipe after being mixed with each other, and the water flow rate is controlled to be 0.1-0.2 m/s. After impact disinfection, the building secondary water supply stand pipe is flushed by the tap water till the turbidities and the microbial indicators of inlet water and outlet water are almost not changed obviously.
