The invention discloses a straight-through type secondary water supply disinfection device system which comprises an outer shell, an ultraviolet lamp assembly, a water inlet flange, a light-transmitting inner shell part, a descaling device assembly, a water outlet connecting disc and an adjustable supporting bracket assembly, the light-transmitting inner shell part is installed in the outer shell, the ultraviolet lamp assembly is installed in an area between the light-transmitting inner shell part and the outer shell, the water inlet flange is installed at the water inlet end of the light-transmitting inner shell, the water outlet connecting disc is installed at the water outlet end of the light-transmitting inner shell, the descaling device assembly is installed in the light-transmitting inner shell in a penetrating mode and can move on the inner side face of the light-transmitting inner shell, and the adjustable supporting bracket assembly is installed on the lower portion of the outer shell. Local head loss of a water body caused by a common ultraviolet disinfection device can be reduced, incrustation formed on the inner surface of the inner shell is regularly removed, the adverse effect of the incrustation on the disinfection effect of the ultraviolet disinfection device is eliminated, and the overall sterilization and disinfection effect is improved.
